Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from REBT, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to provide personalized care that supports your unique journey toward healing and growth. I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I also specialize in supporting those struggling with pornography addiction, as well as individuals transitioning back into society after incarceration.
